to assist travelers from anywhere in the world 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365
days a year. All corporate and specific traveler
information is accessible to the emergency travel staff in
order to better assist our corporate clientele.
The after hours/emergency service is staffed with custom
trained and hand picked employees offering multi-lingual
capabilities as well as expertise and access to all major
reservation systems.
Preferred Rate Hotel Program
– Through our
strategic
alliance partners
and two leading hotel consortiums, Thor 24 and Hickory,
Motor
City Travel offers two of the largest, most comprehensive
corporate/preferred rate hotel programs of their kind,
with access to over 14,000 properties worldwide.
Each hotel is selected for quality, value, individual
service and amenities. 
All three programs provide preferred rates,
which are room rates that have been individually negotiated
with each hotel to be less than standard or corporate
rates by 20% to 60%. As an added convenience,
these programs offer
"blocked space" guarantees in most major cities to avoid sold out
situations.
